My Latest All Blacks Quiz

7/15 - I genuinely knew DC, McCaw, Ma'a and Franks. Picked up three others with some tactical guessing - could have got quite a few others. Nepia's spoiler is exactly the tactical guesses I tried.
I should have got BBBT, but I typed in Burwood when I meant Burnside. "University" wasn't good enough to get Conrad. "Marist" got no-one. and I knew Cory was from "Hutt Valley", but that wasn't good enough.
-

Fuck. Why did I put DC in there! Quiz amended immediately and I will accept Marist from here on in.

Acronyms also accepted in case of Conrad and Piri.

Proofreader has been defenestrated.
-

By the way I am a Catholic with a University degree so nothing against either set of clubs!

Before posting new quiz for today, may as well post a related archive one in case anyone didn't get to do it. All about droppies today.

100% and 56%.

I looked this up for the ABs in the last couple of years so I knew the really hard one.

I had a fair idea who the Frenchman would be, but no chance of remembering his name - let alone spelling it.
Pretty sure it was him who missed a whole heap against us - four or five in one test?
-

Mid 80s I think it was, we won by 1 point I think and he missed several dropped goal attempts.

Would have 1984. Aussies missed two late in the third test as well (in the series that followed). I think Dalton made some comment about having sunburn on the roof of his mouth watching the droppies fly over his head.

Anyway I missed the Frog as I didn't realise he'd been around long enough to kick that many. And I remembered missing so many...

Did try Monsieur Le Drop ... but ironically he wasn't on the list. -

Most tests by age 22

I won't do an international quiz on this one, however George North played 52 tests aged 22 or younger, whereas our top guy got 30. What an achievement that is.
