I haven't seen any of the games, but I read this morning that some commentators are now picking the Thunder to trade Adams.

    Has he been that bad?

Hard to look good on the offensive end when you almost never get the ball and are encouraged to pass first. He could thrive on the right team, and guys with his size and ability will always be in demand

    @canefan

They sort of hinted at that; so is it that he’s too expensive for the return they are getting? And that giving him up is easier than giving up greedy mcgreedyguts?

I can only assume because I hadn't heard the rumour until now. He seems like a no ego guy who realises he has won the lottery and this is a way to set him and his up for life and more. He will tow the line in OKC if required, if he goes he will probably be better off

Good win for the Jazz today to avoid being swept.

Happy for the Bucks who got their first series win in ages. I think their last series win was back in the Ray Allen days when they almost made the NBA finals.

He hasn't been bad IMO. I spent the whole long weekend and most of last week watching a lot of the games.

They just never pass him the ball. Instead of Westbrook shooting 5/25 give 10 of those shots to Adams and you will get 14-16 more points. He does a lot of work off the ball and has been keeping Kanters Offensive down. Would like to see Kanters points when Adams is on vs Noel.

Agree if he goes I wouldn't be gutted. If he wasn't on such a big contract imagine getting him to Lakers. Ideal team player who would do what Lebron wanted and LBJ would feed him.

The #1 person they need to get rid of is the bloody coach absolutely hopeless all year.

Other games have been ok but more or less as expected. Golden State had a little blip. Boogie out but not a bad replacement to step in.

Houston showed they can still get the yips in the a big way today.

Was thinking the spurs would be the worst 1st round match for Nuggets. Think the spurs will get it done. Crazy to think the trialblazers could easily make the western conference final. Just an under the radar team but how good is Dame. Him and Kawhai are so explosive if they get the first step on you game over.

Raptors haven't looked that great. Haven't seen the celtics. 76ers I think will struggle with Embid playing injuried. Simmons stepped up in a big way the other day but can't expect that every game.

Looking forward to the western conference semi's.

@Magpie_in_aus Celtics looked good, but it was against an undermanned Pacer team.
Good balanced scoring which was the key to their run last year.

Dame>>>>Westbrook. Abosultely killing it 30+ points in the first half. Meanwhile 3 easy layups from thunder missed.

If Adams is traded where would be a good fit?

    LA Lakers/Spurs/Kings?

    Lakers with Kyrie/Bron/Adams

    Knicks with Zion/KD/Adams

Either way looks like his offseason will start in an hour or so.

He could play the Clint Capella role for a team like LAL, GSW, basically any team that has a strong back court but light up front. The biggest hurdle will be his wages. I'll be happy for him to go somewhere where is is more effectively utilised

Yeah I think his wages will mean GS wont be able to afford him. Boogie is only on 5mil. Adams is on about 25 next season.
Be great seeing him with lebron as he would feed him ten times in a row if there was a mismatch. Westbrook feeds him enough to get a % of his ten assist.

@98blueandgold didn't watch, had the box score on, and i looked away, Thunder up comfortably, look back and they lose!

Lillard is quite good isn't he?

Westbrook with yet another meaningless triple double.

    Westbrook is a joke.

Lillard is the player Westbrook wishes he was. What a game winning shot from Damian to cap a 50 point night. Stone cold.

From having KD, Harden and Russ, to this. Looks like Presti hitched his wagon to the wrong horse

That shot at the end was clutch. If you haven't seen it do yourself a favor.

The fact Russ went away from PG in the clutch speaks volumes. PG doing the business all game with great efficiency and when you need a bucket he takes it all the way at a hundred miles an hour into traffic. Handed the opportunity straight to Dame for a game winner.

No kidding. Terrific team player, but ridiculously overpaid. Teams like him, but few will at that cost and hit to the cap.

    Shit day.

I've watched Kawhi score 45 points and dominate the Sixers.

I'm now watching DeRozan be arctic cold in the playoffs. Again. And the Spurs can't hit a field goal to save themselves.
