I rate Hazlewood ahead of McGrath. Very similar bowlers.
This Aussie attack is fucking lethal. Their batsmen may be sub-par, but their 4 frontline bowlers are so fucking good.
Fuck of Kohli you cuuunt!!!

What's wrong with Warnie as a commentator?
Besides being a giant fucking douchecopter who basically bags everyone but himself out while talking about which pizza he's going to stuff down the fake-white maw stuck in his oompah-loompah tanned face under the "Yeah yeah!" hair?
Nothing.
Great player. Average human.
Actually now you mention it he did have a feud with my second favourite Waugh so loses marks for that.
As you were.

Another one goes - another shit shot playing wide outside off stump.
Yeah - Oz batting and bowling are chalk and cheese. I think Little Kane has more test hundreds than the entire Australian batting line-up.
-
Far out why the hell are they chasing wide deliveries from Hazlewood on the first morning of a test. Atrocious batting. Huge chance for India to knock Aussie off at home and their batsmen are just throwing it away, which is hilarious to watch.
-
for such a vaunted batting line up, their career averages are a little NZ-esque
37, 39, 50, 55, 41, 40
That's not exactly a "holy shit" top 6.
-
@mariner4life that's because, despite playing at home on flat dustbowls a lot, eventually the BCCI has to allow them out to decent wickets.
Like Australia, really.
THis is a good catch

to be fair, Australia is a good place to play as a batsman.
Once you get used to the pace and bounce.

That Seven commentary team looks unlistenable, the b-list commentators available from the late 90-00's and some pretty cynical picks for diversity. Oh and Bruce 2000 during the intermission - outstanding.
Most good cricket commentators have been good skippers who thought the game well or absolute battlers who were lucky to get a handful of caps. Seems to hold true for that group although Gillespie may be an exception.
Can you list the comms team? I have no idea and can only listen in silence at work
Ricky Ponting, Damien Fleming, Michael Slater, Glenn McGrath, Alison Mitchell, Mel McLaughlin, James Brayshaw, Lisa Sthalekar, Tim Lane, Abbey Gelmi, Greg Blewett, Simon Katich, Jason Gillespie, Brad Hodge, Dirk Nannes
Where's Mark Nichols?
Geez....seeing that written one could be mistaken for thinking I was upset he's not there....
Him Channel 9. This on Channel 7.

Pujara must be frustrated
And kohli. At least he went to a screamer of a catch. Everyone else is playing park cricket in a rush to beat the approaching storm.

They won't be this shit second time around. Pujara will probably save their arses on Day 1 and look to build, if his partners stay around.
THis session will sort the men from the boys. Forecast is for "fuck that" today and tomorrow.
Pujara saved them alright. Kept them in the game, some pressure on the Aus lineup now as they won't want to be chasing much in the 4th.
And fuck those temperatures, which will be even hotter out in the middle.
