That Seven commentary team looks unlistenable, the b-list commentators available from the late 90-00's and some pretty cynical picks for diversity. Oh and Bruce 2000 during the intermission - outstanding.
Most good cricket commentators have been good skippers who thought the game well or absolute battlers who were lucky to get a handful of caps. Seems to hold true for that group although Gillespie may be an exception.
-
gee, in a huge shock, the Adelaide Oval is expected to favour the batsmen.

They would smash the current side if they met each other

Where's Mark Nichols?

India win the toss and bat
-
Which Australian side will we see in the field? Meek and nice or the asshole team we all love..
Minus the angry lesbian and fuckface Davey dumb dumb I find myself rooting for the underdogs this time...
-
um, they are playing India, who you are supporting shouldn't even really be questioned.
Hazlewood the fucking gun gets the first wicket of the Aussie test summer.

That made my choice easier too
2 most hatiest sides meeting normally makes it a hard choice
Easier when 1 side is missing 2 of the most unlikeable players from the 150 years of test cricket. -

I find it hard to truly hate Warner cos he's just so damn entertaining to watch.
He's no Brad Haddin ( first of many haty mentions for the summer )

I like that Slats is there. Happy that Warne isn't.
Unfortunately, for you then - seems like we've got the Fox Sports commentary team on Sky....

Mike Hussey - former Test and ODI batsman and commentator with Channel Nine and Macquarie Radio
Mel Jones - former Australia batter and commentator with Channel Nine and Network Ten

That just makes me hate him more!
To be honest, I've found Smith to be one of the more likable Australian captains - possibly because he's followed on from Michael Clarke - who I can't stand!
