My favourite play of the weekend was in a college game between North Texas and Arkansas:

@sneakdefreak that's pretty funny. I feel like some poor other punt returner is going to pay the price for that later on though

It's still early in the season of course but it feels like Seattle window as a contender has closed.

Their offensive line looks as bad as it did last year with Wilson running for his life and the defense isn't what it was.

Seattle missing the playoffs in the hyper-competitive NFC looks a real possibility.

Patriots pick up Josh Gordon. Speaks volumes if the WR desperate Pats haven't picked up Dez.

It is a certainty - Seattle is basically Russell Wilson and nothing else. Oh, and their punter. He's amazing the Yanks with his dropkick skills.

Cleveland Browns win their first game in 635 days and their reward is drinking Bud Lights. Even when they win they still lose.

    Cleveland win.

They have found their QB. Baker clearly outplayed Darnold.

The whole city of Cleveland is going to call in sick for work tomorrow. Let the party begin.

Celebrations in Cleveland, NY and many other cities.

You gotta love the post game footage on ESPN. They really do the hype stuff well.

After the whole Johnny Football thing, perhaps Mayfield can be the real deal?

Well that's the 49ers season done. Jimmy G season likely over with a suspected ACL injury. Time to tank for draft picks.

The curse of Kiara Mia strikes the 49ers (don't lie, you all know who that is).

Looks like the team will go back to CJ Beathard who is a decent young QB but it means no playoffs for the 49ers which it doesn't matter since the LA Rams are going to run away with the NFC West division this year.

Meanwhile Kansas City Chiefs seem to be playing the NFL like it's a Madden game in rookie mode. Patrick Myhomie threw a TD while spinning around in circles. Crazy.

how good are they to watch though?

And how bad to have them in your division, let alone conference?

The Bills flogging the Vikings in Minneapolis has to be one of the stranger results in recent years.

Looming as a great season though, the upstart Rams and Chiefs, the stodgy Jags, the class of the Pats and Saints, and god knows who else.
