@sneakdefreak I shouldn't laugh, but DAMN. Was she American? Or some random drunk chick wearing a Kiwis jersey they plucked from the crowd?
She's from Colorado. I'm trying to figure what tune she was singing the anthem (or whatever it was) to? It's a Christmas carol I think....

So I read on Stuff that the Warriors flat out banned Johnson from playing in Denver. I think I need to send them an angry old man email outlining why I think they're twats for doing this - would have meant more back in the day when I was a frequent attendee at Mt Smart.
Good to hear all the English NRL players have basically said fuck you to their clubs and they'll go anyway.
I think the Denver thing is a red herring too - if the game is in Auckland I bet the Warriors still wouldn't have let Johnson play.
Angry old man out.

And the Cronulla Sharks will have Aaron Woods in their line up after the Bulldogs released him from his contract. Is Woods the biggest bust of a signing ever? He didn't even make it through half-a-season with Canterbury! To think the Doggies released James Graham and others to sign Aaron Woods (gone) and Kieran Foran (who they want gone as well).

buuuust. shit player. One of the most over rated in the comp. I look forward to him stinking the joint out at the grub shop in the Shire
Dogs are so fucked though, it's a fire sale.
-
@sneakdefreak I've never thought that much of Graham since he carried on like a whiny bitch in that game when the Bulldogs lost the plot but yeah they should have kept him over Woods.
Woods is annoyingly good on NRL Live on the PS4.

@mariner4life Manly is also in trouble due to their salary cap cheating. Just released Jackson Hastings and have confirmed that secondrower Shaun Lane (who has been good for them) is leaving the club at the end of the season.
Couldn't happen to two nicer teams.
-
Warriors have been flat as a pancake since the 8th minute when they scored their second try.
Sharks have owned territory and possession since.
Really missing Maumalo and his strong kick returns to start our sets.
Sharks kicking game has been light years ahead of the Warriors as well.
-
Sharks ahead after a couple of absolutely awful calls for penalties to the Sharks.
12-14
Warriors haven’t looked like scoring for 50 minutes now.
If the Sharks score next they might just run away with it.
Need a bit of Johnson or RTS magic to spark the Warriors into action.

Hey guys, do any of you know any assassins, ninjas, hitmen or gang members who can do a quick job tonight? Just need to quietly sort out four blokes in yellow jerseys before they fly back to Oz tomorrow....
Finalsque: Ignoring the main culprits for a second, this was one of the best games of the season. Definitely one of the coldest too. Both the Warriors and Cronulla had dominant moments in the game, made simple mistakes too, but ultimately it was a grinder as neither side was willing to let the other run away with it. Both Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Valentine Holmes were on fire and are the two best fullbacks in the NRL right now.
Injury crisis part two: The Warriors' season is in trouble again with key players injured. Bunty Afoa has a broken arm while Tohu Harris was carried off near the end with a knee injury. Add that Albert Vete has been released by the club and all we have in the NSW Cup forwards is Ligi Sao. Warriors need to see if Manly is willing to release Marty Taupau....
The real MVP: Agnatius Paasi. Man was throwing himself into everything. Threw himself into Kurt Capewell on a kick return and knocked him on his arse. Threw himself into Jesse Ramien on the goalline and knocked him on his arse too.
What about the other guys?: You mean Adam Gee, Chris Butler, Tim Roby and Chris McMillian? Yeah, they really gave it to the Warriors with some dirty play. Problem is they don't play for Cronulla, they were the refs. That forward pass to win it for Cronulla was the worst offence but the refs made a collection of horrific howlers. When I finally build that Terminator, and figure out time travel, I'm going to send it back in time to murder the parents of Adam Gee, Chris Butler, Tim Roby and Chris McMillian so they never ever officiate this match. Fuck em.
More Rogering: The Warriors attack lacks at times this season and it seems strange that they don't try and bring Roger Tuivasa-Sheck up into the line more (or even use Shaun Johnson out of dummyhalf). When they did tonight he caused trouble and they have capable fullback cover in guys likes Hiku, Beale, Fusitua and Maumalo if he was to get closer to the ball.

Dragons at the Storm might be game of the year. 61 minutes and its 30-28. The game is try for try, and the difference is a missed Cam Smith conversion
