The last two reds ‘turnovers’ should have been blues penalties.

1. Smith was clearly holding himself up with his hands.

2. The guy clearly put his hands into the ruck well after it had started, couldn’t be more obvious!!!

Has this ref come up with his own new interpretation of the ruck? I thought you couldn't put your hands in there once it had formed? Both teams doing it and winning turnovers/penalties. Wtf.
