@Tim @Chris-B Let me check now: @Chris-B
It's working now clearly I've lost the plot.
I just vote we ban @Chris I can't handle the confusion.
Or maybe we change his name to "Not ChrisB"
Yeah, Not ChrisB probably works!

@stargazer Do you Rate him ? I have seen a bit of him but can't make my mind up on him as yet.
Yes, I do rate Jonah Lowe. He is a fast & strong player (not one of those big units), who can play at both wings, but his preferred spot is centre. He knows his way to the try line and, I've noticed, often scores intercept tries. His defence is good and he has a huge workrate.
We have had several terrible seasons with Shield Snorters, and he was one of the few who showed he can play well, even with a shit game plan and half the team out due to injury. The coach started playing him at the right wing and someone else at 13, which didn't work because the other guy can't tackle (he wasn't the only one). Then finally Lowe was moved to centre, and the midfield started working better. No coincidence.
He was also good for NZ U20s in 2016, and scored several tries for the Canes during the 2018 preseason (3 against Crusaders Knights). Apart from the 11 minutes in his SR debut in the Crusaders v Hurricanes game a few weeks ago, he hasn't had any chance to get some experience at SR level.
His problem is that he doesn't get game time at the Canes because he has Proctor, Aso, Savea, Goosen, Lam, NMS all ahead of him for a centre or wing spot (and all those players have re-signed). So we can only go by what he's shown for the Canes in preseason games, in U20s or Development games, for Shield Snorters and the NZ U20s in 2016.
Obviously, Razor knows him from NZ U20s.

@stargazer @Chris (the red one) I think Lowe's a bit like Bucky was, everyone not from HB are like who the hell is this guy and why are people from the Bay hyping him, but I think he just needs the chance like Buckman eventually got.
I still remember the shit Buckman got after his first Highlanders game.

@nepia it's pink, not red.
I can't even get the colours right today. :disappointed_but_relieved_face:

Was hoping Hall would return to the Blues, but he has wisely stayed away.

Nah it's best for both parties that Bryn stays at the Crusaders. He was terrible at the Blues and his style of play is far more suited to the Crusaders. It shows how good the Crusaders are that they can make average players like Bryn, Bedwell-Curtis etc. look like world beaters.
