I did miss who scored the first NZ try, but Williams just dotted down the second. It's 10-0 to NZ.

Try number 3 scored by Blyde. They seem to have recovered well from that shock loss to the USA.

Not smart from Spain to kick possession away. Great run from Blyde and try time! Half time: NZ 24 - 0 Spain

    Try McAlister. 29-0 NZ

Amazing how McAlister has been able to come back so soon and so good after giving birth only about 6 months ago.

Hattrick for Blyde, who scores in extra time. NZ beat Spain 43-0 and will play for 5th place.

In the mean time, the AB7s are trailing Argentina 19-7. The last Argie try was scored while Joe Webber was in the bin for, I think, a high tackle.

Joe Webber just scored an awesome length-of-field try. Absolutely brilliant. 19 - 14 ARG

That was a pretty good comeback. The 2 guys who did idiotic things to get yellowed both came back on and scored immediately. A bit of a "sorry guys, I'll fix this".

    Men's results thus far:

    .

Some really interesting scores, esp USA losing two games (Arg & Samoa), Scotland defeating France, and Kenya beating Canada.

The Aussies have beaten Russia 47 to nil.

There has been a bit of a hype around that new Aussie player, Maurice Longbottom, and from the little bit I've seen in this game, he indeed looks good.

Scotland beating France no real surprise. The Scots are pretty good these days - they won the London event last series at Twickenham, so are actually the last winners.

Kenya can beat anyone on their day and sevens can be a bit fickle in general.

First try of the game goes to Woodman, who else? Easy conversion: NZ 7-0 France
