Michael Papps brings up his triple century - 306*.
Has hit 49 fours and 1 six = 202 runs in boundaries.
Wellington 529/3 - lead by 467 runs.
3 down so quickly? The collapse is on! Could be on track for the biggest innings defeat in NZ cricket too...

Welly are in trouble could be all out for under 1000, and then with the Blues batting lineup opening with Parsons...again game on!

Duffy is being rested as well for the upcoming end of season tour and SBW is out due to ANZ sponsorship. Going to be a tough fight back.

A bit disappointed they didn't give Papps a crack at getting the top first class score ever by a NZer. Day 2 with 2 days to go. Give him an hour to see if he can do it.
