Fiji vs Scotland

A player jumped to catch a passing ball... Fijian tackled him whilst he was in the air and was penalised... Is that a rule? I knew you can't take a player out in the air (usually from kicks), but jumping to catch a pass is ridiculous.
If a player is diving onto the try line, and you tackle him, is that taking a player out in the air?Fijian made a ball and all tackle, and the ref called it a high tackle, and then signalled to his chest...
Scot tackled a Fijian at the knees and got a yellow card.. I think it was because there were no arms, but I don't think I heard the ref say anything about no arms.. He just said he took out his knees..

Really enjoyed that game. Fiji's defence was outstanding I thought. Nakarawa, Volavola and Tuisova were Fiji's best with Ravai and Osborne also having strong games.
