Fekitoa takes the right option

The last 5 minutes were good.
the last 5 minutes are probably going to be the best 5 minutes of the matchday. It had to be the perfect storm, a NZ team and who better to be three scores ahead than the Cheetahs, masters of imploding?

Not read the thread or know the result. But Joubert ... jeez.
29mins
How was that pass ok? And how was that obstruction? Weird
-
Faddes yellow? Faaark
-
Add in the very first turnover being by a guy lying on the tackled player and the guess work at the scrums going to the Cheetahs officiating is not without influence.
-
Bit dumb by Highlander cleaning out on halftime (Franklin?).
Should have taken the three...
-
Tokolahi ... yeah dumb
-
Collapsing the maul???
I'll wear in from the side... but even that was wrong.
Van Jaarsveld playing the old msul binding laws. Ball has to be transferred not the player.
Ref is an idiot.
Eventually buys the Cheetahs a try
-
Good work by Osbourne and Feki staying on their feet to turn Peterson over for Thompson's try
-
What a finish aye. Loved it. Some cracking tries.
But a pretty sloppy game overall. I like Faddes but they missed Bender's leadership and smarts big time.
The one thing I like about the Cheetahs is that they throw it around. Far better team to watch than the Stormers.

Watching highlights.
That YC on Faddes is preposterous, even a penalty is ridiculous.
Highlights didn't make clear if they used the TMO to adjudicate, or just went with on field call.
If an on field call, then fair enough, mistakes can happen.
Pretty sure just the on field call

I was watching a recording with a deadline (had to race out the door) so had to fast forward bits of the second half ... had pretty much given it away aside from the blind hope (although sometimes it's reversed as hopeless pessimism) that seems endemic to NZ rugby supporter's where if there is a glimmer of hope you keep watching and hoping. For me it's about 2min per try ... need three tries x 2min each ... 6 min left = plenty of time
(hopefully)
