NFL 2016

Great game.
I can't see Watson going lower than the 3rd pick with that performance. Massive game. 420 yards and 3 TDs against the best defense in college and in the biggest game of the year.
Better go to the 49ers or the Browns because the Jets have too many other needs to be reaching for yet another project QB!
Looks like it's going to be an overall poor year for QBs in the draft though so could be a boring first round from a trade perspective because no one will be willing to pay to move up.
-
Browns and 49ers will probably focus on the o-line and d-line with their picks, but the Bears will definitely take Watson (and ship Cutler off somewhere).
That little WR for Clemson was the difference maker, he was separating himself from the defender everytime. The Alabama QB was merely a RB pretending to be a QB, similar to how Auburn used a WR at QB a few years ago.
-
Many have the Browns taking pass rusher, Myles Garrett, with their 1st pick. He's compared to Von Miller a lot. He's a noted freak, and his combine will be highly anticipated. He's 6'5, 262lbs and said to run a 4.4.
Some are saying if Josh McDaniels gets the 49ers HC job, he might trade the 1st rounder for Jimmy Garoppolo. Not sure how 49er fans feel about that. A 1st for someone who has only 93 passes in their career seems pretty steep.

Someone might be dumb enough to pay to move up, I mean, the Rams and Eagles gave a king's ransom to move up for fricken Goff and Wentz last year. But in saying that, that might be the very reason why teams might not trade up to get a QB, because those two didn't give the payoff(yet) that you'd want for such a big trade.

As expected, the Chargers are leaving San Diego for LA.
Not expected, the LA Rams have just hired Washington OC Sean McVey as their new head coach. McVey is only 30.
-
LA Chargers hire Anthony Lynn as their new HC, and I didn't realise that Denver has hired Vance Joseph from Miami to take over as HC there.
This leaves the 49ers as the only team without a head coach, and both Kyle Shanahan and Josh McDaniels are still available. If the 49ers are smart they'll try and sign Shanahan as McDaniels might just be another recipient of the Belichick system.

Completely underestimated the Falcons. Thought they were an average team playing in a shit division, but they wiped the floor with the Seahawks. Totally destroyed Seattle's vaunted secondary.
Houston is putting up a good fight against New England right now - down 17-14 at the break.
-
Told you the Falcons are a shout. Their offense is varied and awesome, and Kyle Shanahan is a good play caller. Their defense can make big plays as well. When you're scoring 30+ every week you're a shout.
I still expect them to make the Superbowl. Where i will obviously cheer for them against fucking Brady and the evil empire

Packers in front of the Cowboys at the half.
-
And that's how you start a half. 6 plays, 75 yards, touch down
-
Touchdown. 2 point conversion. And we are tied up.
I smell a Rodgers hail mary coming on
-
OT bro
Heaps of time though, 4 minutes is an eternity
-
Pack get up on the back of a 51 yard FG. Incredible end, with three 50+ yard field goals in the last 2 and a half minutes
-
could be a scorer if this keeps up. 3 drives for 3 scores to open the game. 7-6 to the Chiefs
-
crazy finish. Chiefs down by 8. Score a late TD. 2 point conversion to tie... is good!
wait
holding penalty. No play. 2nd attempt fails.
Steelers get the first down they need to run the clock out.
So we get Steelers at NE, and Packers at Atlanta next week to find our superbowl contestants.
