Whom should be our long-term Captain? aka will K.Read last the journey to 2019...

Worded it wrong.
The whole subject is full to the chin and coming out the nose with bullshit, clearly merely more of the tiresome self-obsessed Auckland media loudly blundering along, all the while making a determined but ham-fisted attempt to undermine what makes NZ rugby great with their bleating jealous pig-island provincialism.
Dane Coles is next in line.

There were time during the RC and the Wales test where Read was every bit the player we have come to appreciate and countries laud over. I seem to remember him topping a few post game polls here too.
He's obviously jaded IMO. Not passed it, jaded. Like Sean Fitzpatrick and AJ Whetton.
But if Read was to go Id go Cane. He has established himself ahead of Ardie as our starting option and has a level head. Coles I thought has the potential too but I like that hes a little loose and a bit of a mongrel.
Is that you 'ferner formerly known as Razbra?'

what makes NZ rugby great with their bleating jealous pig-island provincialism.Seems to me you have still worded it wrong. Unless you really think bleating blah blah blah provincialism makes NZ great. Oh and the South Island is the one with the pig island: http://www.newzealand.com/in/article/pig-and-pigeon-islands-queenstown-to-glenorchy-super-scenic-road/

I was getting concerned with Read at stages last year ,
But put all that to bed earlier this season , the Read of old was back ,
I guess my concern now isnt just him , but collectively there is uncertainty over the loose forward trio with Kaino also nearing the end.

@Crucial and @da_grubster On the subject of jaded players: will we rest some of these guys this weekend? I am talking Coles, Franks, Read etc. Unlikely that Read gets rested.
I doubt it. This is all about hanging in there to the end. They will have the performance numbers and be ready to throw reserves on as soon as needed but the season investment is in the key players

Dear Valued Member.
Please refrain from positing these rambling, cryptic, wishy-washy, half-veiled infinitessimally slanted assertions all up and down the forus generalis.
If you have a clear opinion on a given matter, please endeavor to address it in a concise, forthright manner instead of teasingly hinting at the hemmed rainments of clarity with these nebulous, amorphous, passive/aggressive cryptoids, cloaked as they are in stealth and mystery and vaguely discernible contrails of definition.
