Big win for Villa over Notts Forest today.
Unai Emery is cooking something very special at Villa Park: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/crlnjwggk9jo
The January transfer window has saved our season. We were in decline until our additions came in.

The Iwobi goal yesterday showed what might be the first case ever of a triple defensive assist. Earlier in the season in the first Manc derby, Nunes did a double assist by giving the ball to Garnacho and then rushing back to clatter into him to give away a penalty.
For the Iwobi goal, firstly Robertson passes across the front of the area to Iwobi and then rushes back into the middle. Iwobi's shot is blocked into the air and then Robertson heads it - straight back to Iwobi. Iwobi's shot is then heading straight at the keeper until Robertson intervenes to chest it past the keeper. A defensive triple assist.

Just like to remind everybody that during the summer of 23 I said that the fee paid for Declan Rice by Arsenal was terrbile and there is absolutely no way he is worth that. I picked him to be the poor signing of the year.
And I was one who heavily disputed it haha 😉

I can't believe that nobody has commented on the Fern Derby yet and a glorious 1-0 win for Bournemouth over Fulham. Very early goal for Semen! Yo!!
Good stat for you, last time we won three home games in a row against Fulham was 94 years ago
They must have still been celebrating after beating Liverpool

Bournemouth can't have been in the same division as Fulham for most of the club's history? Some of the stats they come up with on TV are ridiculous (first win against opponent for 86 years) when the clubs have hardly ever met.
