Also it was a statistical oddity that Preston and Burnley had never met before in the FA Cup. In the 1950s, Leeds were drawn at home to Cardiff in the 3rd round three seasons in a row and all 3 of them finished 1-2.

I know next to nothing about cricket but that was the First ashes tour that I can remember seeing on TV and I recall that team wiping the floor with England.

I can’t believe what I just watched. Liverpool completely and utterly dominated by PSG but Allison a masterclass in goal and Elliott a goal against the run of play and Liverpool steal it.
