some AI fun

I’ll look at the positive and acknowledge the fact they are actually making an effort and no doubt will be talked about all across social media which is one of the main objectives. That and targeting the younger generations. Just a shame it’s Marvel in my opinion.

The new CEO is willing to try new things and that’s a positive in itself. Yes the Fantasy league might follow a fairly simple structure but that’s on purpose to allow previous non-players to get used to the format. Now with these Marvel jerseys it’s all about bringing a bit of fun to the game for that younger generation.
When you include the recent release of Rugby 25, albeit the gameplay being a bit average, it’s all creating plenty of chatter online which is only a good thing for the game.

@Kiwiwomble yep thats it. Canes is Captain America, Chiefs have Black Panther.
Who the fuck would want your team to be representing another f'ing country!?

Would Crusaders be Red Hulk Or just Blackadder: "Red Hulk smash. Knee. Ankle. Shoulder. Whatever body part is handy on self."
-
I wonder how they decide which characters to use, not similar colours or anything
-
Crusaders one could have just had the sponsor logo as the 'heart' of Iron Man but slightly smaller..
Blues and Chiefs ones look cool....are these just for a one off round or multiple wears?
Are the Aussie teams in on it?

Those Captain America colours for the Canes is uhh…. Interesting. Hope they can figure something out that suits them a lot better, could that be why there is no logo on that sample jersey yet?
Is Wolverine marvel? Surely that would be a better fit

Ant-Man for how short their locks traditionally are?

Personally don't really like those super hero jerseys, but love the fact they are actually trying things for younger fans etc. Grumpy old pricks like me aren't going to buy them or need enticing, but by geez if they had kids sizes etc, one for my great-grandson might be on my shopping list. Get him into rugby in even a little way!

@Dan54 in general i agree...great doing something different...my only caveat is what theyre doing....has been done by the south Africans teams and NRL teams for like 10 years, just feeds into the idea NZ is so far behind the times...and has been discussed seemingly poor choice in hero v team
