OK I missed this at the time because I was out.
This is apparently Kohli making a sandpaper reference toward Steve Smith (after he was dismissed I think). There's video of it where he's miming rubbing a ball as well.

@Virgil and TBH that is what probably disrupted them in addition to Rohit being absent, then in, then out.
The absolute muddle of their selection thinking was key here. Besides Jaiswal, who was the opener?
They should have picked Siraj and Prasidh to support Bumrah, and swapped in a fourth pace man or spinner to suit conditions... not that they really had a front line spin option.
How many fucking all rounders were there?
