Look, I can understand he's maybe better than I give him credit for - but what drugs do you have to be on to think he's the best fullback in the world? I want some.

Fucking hell, what am I missing when watching Ardie?

Or is the criteria being on the receiving end of everyone else's hard work, bundled into touch while carrying, slowing ball down to get an extra metre, losing the ball in tackles, making passive tackles, ruck leaning?

And best right wing too. Also Ardie is selected in one of the teams too.

Do the people who contribute to these teams even watch the game?

this place gets some shit and has some one eyed supporters, but the quality of analysis is miles better than main stream media. That shits the hell out of me, but it is what it is. Mainstream rugby analysis is basically dead.

L’Equipe chuck a guy at 13 who has played exclusively at 12.

Interesting logic. Jesse Kriel must have pissed them off somehow.

I'd choose Wallace over Ardie at 8.

Lomax a little unlucky not to make a couple more of those XVs. Had an excellent season.

I think it's because he "looks" good.
    Runs very smoothly.
    Hair always in place.
Nice looking guy who gets all the chicks etc.

Alternatively, a lot of rugby commentators are just what they are when they were playing - absolute meatheads.
