Catches win matches, and dropped catches lose matches. You can't give players as good as Brook chances. We're letting ourselves down this test with poor shot selection and now poor catching.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Pope and Brook are both still at the crease come the end of the days play. Those dropped catches are embarrassing really.

O'Rourke's pace is good and looking dangerous. Hopefully he's fired up after tea and we can hold some catches.

Jesus fucking Christ another sitter. If this was Pakistan I'd be 100% certain of bookies being involved. We don't deserve to win if we field worse than a club side.

Oh dear. Another catch goes down. That one probably the easiest of the lot, but all should have been taken.

So we drop what, four sitters? And then take the catch of the century

My boy Phillips just took THE best catch I have seen in ages.

    Freakish.

    Got Southee another wicket.

Unfortunately they’ve dropped Brook three times !

That's an incredible catch, not many players in world cricket that could have caught that

Averages 33 with the bat, 27 with the ball and one of the best fielders going. I don't understand why we don't bat him at 6 ahead of Blundell. Seems like a great dressing room guy too.

Fuck me, we've actually caught one - though it's Pope not Brook!

Ollie will feel hard done by.

Haven't seen it yet - but, Cricinfo says a stunner by Phillips.

I can't believe how often the ball has just beaten little nothing pushes by English batters. If we had better luck & catching today they're probably all out for 150.

Oh and edges flying into space!

I’m just going to ignore how weird and creepy this is 😉

Brook gets a hundred and now Blundell has dropped him down the leg side.

We might as well give up!

Urgh this has been a tough day to watch. Hopefully this is the low point and we bounce back tomorrow. The nice thing is the match is still pretty even. England have their nose in front now, but a good session will get us back in front.
