@Kirwan how do you harden a drone? Genuine question - I see drones as massive, but also not yet having drone defences going
have you seen the video going around that is supposedly a Ukrainian drone with a stick taped to the front tring to take down a russian one by flying the stick into the props?

I was thinking of that one!
and the one taken down by a fisherman throwing a fish at it

Hardened against jamming. It's a new arms race.
And I'm not talking about defence against a handful of drones, think about the displays you see with thousands of drones all perfectly making patterns.
Now imagine each with a grenade doing kamikake raids with tens of thousands of them flying into the battlefield costing $50 each. Modern warefare is going to suck.

I wonder how shares in Cyberdyne systems are tracking right now...

Doubt that they would do worse than people. We don't have a great record.
Maybe I should make more of an effort to talk to Mr Beck next time I'm stalking him at the airfield:

When's Musk's green hydrogen car coming. Possible game changer for all.
Well Musk calls Fuel Cells "Fool Cells", so not very likely.
Once Tesla moves into tanks that might change...
Surely that's an April Fool's joke? Who'd want to be near a pressurised hydrogen cell someone else is shooting at?

do they go slow enough that computer controlled guns could hit them - like missile defences?

If they blow up they blow up.
Anyway it looks like the initial model is diesel.

we may have deviated a but far from the theme of "space stuff"

fair enough.
