@booboo women also have more patellofemoral problems due to angles. It's basically what we like about them :-).

@KiwiPie actually, I think your response is kind of strange. I have watched games that Arsenal have played, and these other teams. We dominate possession and do what? The other teams that I mentioned live off scraps with supposed less talent and are scoring some good goals and don't seem to acquiesce. What's not to like about that even if they have granddad coaching them?
-
@canefan You can like some things that spurs are doing without adopting their whole approach. At least they are scoring. Arsenal are not.

Arsenal utterly outplay Liverpool…and lose 0-2. Such profligacy in front of goal.
Arsenal dominated the game, but couldn't score. It says a lot about having possession and not being able to do anything with it. Arsenal have a soft underbelly and if they're not up by a couple goals they don't look like a team that can grind it out.
As an Arsenal fan, it is difficult watching this team. It is so more enjoyable watching Crystal Palace, Luton town or Wolves. There's so much more passion in the game and direct play.

@canefan Good for him. He is slightly more tolerable now.
-
@nzzp What was even more shocking was McCarthy not running down the clock by running the football. A get out of jail free card there.
-
@Bovidae I lot of inconsistencies. Understand the reasoning for Havertz's goal. I am wondering whether because we roll around the ground a bit whether we don't get some calls we should. Romero should have been sent off. Where is the consistency there and hitting someone in the face seems to be okay sometimes.
-
@African-Monkey yes. Other than your goal there was not much from Villa. We were static, and dare I say, Havertz made some of the better runs and did not get the ball when it was on. Having possession is nothing if you can't score. Arsenal know how teams are going to play them and you think they would learn how to counter this. Liverpool and Man City still the teams to beat in my mind despite Man City being mediocre presently. I think they will come around.

@canefan I think he was manipulated into being thier puppet to an extent, and he bought it hook line and sinker.
That will teach him from acting from a supposed moral high ground.

@KiwiMurph And the meme is make the playoffs and exit the first round. Good for him. At least the Dodgers are there and abouts. Anaheim just does not have the mentality across the board to win.
Mike Trout must be thrilled. You would think he would get the hell out of there at the next available chance
Well he has underwhelmed and is injured often so if the Angels could trade him I wouldn't be opposed. When he came into the league he was slimmer, contract and power hitter and moved around the bases. Now he strikes out in important situations, has power, lost some speed and declined in general with batting percentage etc.
-
@barbarian Well at least the money is coming from PIF but tournament costs etc will go up. It will reach a point when the average guy can't pay the price of admission and economics will step in.
-
@canefan Rory is going to have a hard time deciding who to direct his anger at. I guess the Irish always end up gettiing the short end of the stick and my mums maiden name is Galway.

I don't disagree broughie.
I hate LIV though. There's a good idea in there somewhere - I like team golf, I like taking the game out of the US - but the product on TV is unwatchable. There's no juice. It's an exhibition.
Looks like a tonne of fun to be at the course, but realistically that's not going to sustain it long term.
I say it is in its' infancy. Give it time.

@African-Monkey Deserved win over our bunch of softies. We had plenty of chances though but finishing and rolling around on the ground for extended periods let us down.

I think Rice is going to be a complete failure at Arsenal. There is no way he's worth 105mm & the pressure of it will tell.
Declan Rice could you please stop making look like an idiot that knows nothing about football?
I'm quite capable of doing that on my own.
I think a lot of people thought he was not worth 105 as he does not stand out like a Viera. But he makes an impact and without him Arsenal would be a mess. Level headed, humble and it is hard to root against him. Has he played a bad game for Arsenal? Should be captain really.

Just listened to this album in the garage while brewing beer and playing darts.
Four way tie between Chris Cornell, Jeff Buckley, Scott Weiland and Layne Staley for awesome 90s rock singers who aren’t with us anymore. By crikey it was a superb era.
True. I think Staley had the darkest sound represented in lyrics as well of that bunch.
Yeah possibly, not the most joyous bunch but they had talent and then some.
Lol. Interesting how the tone of their music reflected Staley and his life and eventual death yet Cantrell was able to play without feeling he had to jump off a cliff.

@MN5 Trying to put in a lyric from the greatest song from Zep, but it doesn't work.
