Should we include the "friendlies" in the updated fixture list in the tipping or not? Thoughts? If teams can treat it like a pre-season game and roll a whole new 15 out at half time, the score would be anything.
Your comp your call mate! I reckon leave it for real rugby despite the fewer fixtures

@bayimports well so far this week, I am looking to take your record...
-
@taniwharugby Not quite - you actually picked a result!
Scores are all updated, report to follow later

When there are only 4 matches, it is possible to move up fast - as long as you can tip them correctly.
Victor was the best of the weekend with 4/4 (the only player to do it) and moves up to 4th overall. Also moving up fast is Paj with 51 and the only one to pick both top and lowest scorer. He is now up to 5th after being 23rd 2 weeks ago. Winger and Hydro11 both plunged down from 4th place to out of the top 10. OomPB the lowest scorer this weekend with just 8 points, TR, FarNthHayden & Broughie with 11.
Higgins still leads Plastered Peni by 6 with Stargazer another 6 points back.
In the 1st leg of the Cup, Hydro11 turned up late and goes into the 2nd leg with a 34-16 deficit.
The round robin is over in the teams competition and the semi-finals will be
Wellington v Counties-Waikato
Hawke's Bay v Wairarapa BushThe Bush inflicted Wellington's 1st defeat of the season. In the battle for the wooden spoon, Harbour-Auckland beat Northland 10-4 with both teams having just 2 tippers left.

Full credit to the boys.

Scores have been up for a while for this week but hadn't got around to posting - form for next week is live now as well.
I doubled the scores for the 3 games that took place and didn't include category picks. 6 players scored 50 points (Victor, Paj, Stockcar86, Mikedogz, Joan and Mary, Crucial. Higgins still leads by 4 from Victor who is 6 ahead of Paj. Plastered Peni, Stockcar86 and Stargazer in 4th, 5th, 6th are all within 18 of the lead so still all to play for with 2 weeks to go.
Counties-Waikato and Hawke's Bay will compete in the final over the next 2 weekends as Counties-Waikato defeated Wellington in a big upset.
Higgins won the TSF Cup so is going for the double.

This seems unusual, but all the players in the top 8 are from just 2 teams - Hawkes Bay and Wairarapa Bush

That is weird - and the top 14 are all from those 2 teams plus Wellington. Which makes Counties-Waikato's achievement in making the final even more remarkable.
-
@stockcar86 Clearly they are cheating by actually knowing who has form in the Insert Building Products Supplier Cup.
Aside from somehow being aware that Hawkes Bay have held on to the RS I have no idea who has done well. No local representation and several plane loads of our best on tour with the AB's means the season has a massive * against all results

All updated on the site
Given the restricted nature of the comp, Broughie almost had a perfect 80, picking 4/4 margins and Hawke's Bay as top scorers. But picking Ta$man as low scorers was not done by anyone so he had to settle for 72. Still way down the table though. 4/4 results was also picked by Dogmeat, Corkscrew & Hooroo but none of these is in contention either.
Strangely nobody in the top 12 picked better than 2/2. Plastered Peni had 2 maximums and draws level with Higgins with 1 round to go. Their lead is 10 over Paj and 12 over Victor.
Counties-Waikato lead Hawke's Bay by 8 after the first leg of their final. Could this be their first title since Waikato won in 2009? In the 3/4 place game, Wairarapa Bush leads Wellington by 8. In the plate final, South Island had the highest score of the season and lead a shrinking BOP team by 39.
