late in the piece to not have an otago team named...not like we have loads of AB's and they're waiting to see if the'll be called up

Some teams are a bit shit at updating their fans
Waikato and Harbour suck every year. Otago and BOP have sunk to the same level this year
-
@Duluth this is definitely late even for them, i think it was friday morning for last weekend game
-
You only have to publicly release team lists 24 h before kickoff.
-
@Bovidae yeah, but they normally do it much earlier
-
Some teams have failed to do that this year. The quality of communication is appalling from many of the sides.
The NPC should copy SR AU and have a consistent naming time. They named every team at midday on Thursday on the competition website. Simple and consistent. Obviously the NPC have more games so maybe have two naming days.
It should be easier for casual fans to follow the competition.
I generally post up the teams and have done for years. Each year the communication from the sides is getting worse
-
I agree with you both, and aren't excusing the unions. All I am saying is that Otago have until 2 pm tomorrow so might be delaying this announcement deliberately.
But if match programs are still printed out it would already be known to Taranaki.
-
@Bovidae i think that was my point, there was reports saying teams could be named late because teams weren't sure if theyd have their AB's...but thats not an issue for us
-
-
Nareki vs Kneepkens. Should be interesting.
-
-
This could be a very intriguing match. Naki forward pack look stronger, but that Otago backline could be a real handful with half decent ball.
-
We just need to keep our defence up for the whole game, manawatu found plenty of holes late in the game last week
-
Up the Bulls
-
Up the Razorbacks.
-
that should have been a penalty for that Otago player playing the ball in fornt of the player that knocked it on
-
great fact Kamo!
Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens was running sideline cable for Sky Sports last season!!
-
36th min, Otago up 15-5, apparently a decent breeze at thier back
-
Taranaki could do with some All Blacks...
-
20-5, kick to come... @Kiwiwomble dont be so quiet
-
@antipodean almost like losing them has been a bit disruptive
-
Bloody daylight savings!!
-
I’ve been mucking around doing chores so I could site down and watch the game!
-
Ryan Martin with the half time summary to beat them all
-
@Kiwiwomble I did wonder why you weren't here.
-
@Yeetyaah wife just said...”I was going to remind you it was daylight saving in nz”
-
@Kiwiwomble it's the thought that counts aye!!
-
Oh no, Walden injured.
-
Taranaki giving away too many soft penalties
-
JRK is quite good. Wonder if he's committing to sevens long term or if he wants to play Super.
