Highlanders v Sharks

That 8 had wheels.

Ok Landers can keep Hunt
That’s the danger with no height and no real high ball catchers in the back three - even McKay hasn’t been very safe under it.
-
So many shit penalties and handling errors. Positive is Mikaele-Tu'u is looking like a beast.
-
@Stargazer yep dangerous game plan and not one if they are not under the roof
-
McKay is no Ben Smith. Miles away from him.
-
Man we are terrible on attack!!! Where are our tries coming from this year? Tima has an opportunity that Naholo would have scored. We look small and no power bar Tu’u. Even if we win this the golden age has come to an end
-
Tu’u impressive that’s the biggest positive
-
Sharks in again. Nothing really going right for the Landers.

Golden age?
-
Sharks been making plenty of half breaks while we have (apart from Tuu) hitting walls

@gt12 He was fucking awful in the NPC last year.
Then he’s consistent!
Time for the communication skills of the Blues favorite fullback. He’d be better actually.
-
Smart play by the Sharks to use the advantage and use the ball rather than just play for the penalty.
Highlanders look likely in attack just need to hold the ball.

You can say that again
-
Speedbump Nareki couldn't tackle in M10 Cup, and - no surprise - still can't tackle in SR.
-
@antipodean Sharks in again. Nothing really going right for the Landers.
-
First half. Sharks look like contenders. Highlanders would have difficulty beating the Rebels.
-
The positives are Mikaele-Tu'u and Aaron Smith. That's about it for the Landers.
-
@Stargazer Smith's thrown a few shit passes.
-
Bloody Landers need to wake the fuck up and get a bloody grip!
-
I can see why Fainga'anuku hasn't been offered a full time contract. Dude just runs into 3 defenders and gets turned over.
-
I think the saffas have figured out NZ rugby. Their backs are bigger and stronger than us and they are jumping on our mistakes and anticipating shit we use to get away with. Hmm.
-

Well, he was no David Havili, but he was the top try scorer in the competition.

Didnt think he was very impressive for Ta$man given the Rolls Royce team around him

Maybe wait until they have played the Chiefs and Crusaders? That conclusion seems a bit premature.

Perhaps NZ needs a steroid problem at high school too...
-
@Stargazer Might be wrong but I reckon the needle is moving in their direction.

McKay? Really?
-
@Stargazer Yep - but, now I've had to double check...
-
@broughie I don't think it's just the Saffas. The BILs showed the way and we have yet to work out a solution.
-
@Stargazer super rugby title! As a highlanders fan never thought it wld come after 99. For us that’s a golden age 🤣
-
Again, tackler in the way. Highlanders not responding adequately.
-
-
McKay has the mistakes of Collins without the counter attacking.
-
Typical Sharks rugby: scoring most of their points from penalties. NZ teams: watch and learn! Discipline in your own half.
-
Thompson having a game to forget.
