Scoring is live - check it out at https://www.thesilverfern.com/tipping/
The highest scoring round so far with some easy maximums to be picked. Only one upset but Kiwiwomble was the only one who picked 7/7 to be second highest for the weekend behind Hydro11 who managed 5 exact picks to score 55. Level with Kiwiwomble on 52 were Tim and Kruse with Hooroo the only other tipper to reach 50.
It's close at the top but no change to the top 2 as Stargazer leads Dice by 3. Sportboy up to 3rd, 4 behind Dice and then 7 behind Sportboy there is a logjam of players with 13 players within 10 points and all of them are one big week away from moving to the top.
Wins for Northland and BOP mean they are looking good for the semis but 7 of 8 teams will probably make it by winning their last 2 games.
And finally the TSF Cup quarter-finals are coming up - well done to Bay Imports, Richie, Langakali, Caprice, Victor, Triple T, Kruse, Higgins.

About half the players are still to tip this week and you have less than 6 hours to do it. https://www.thesilverfern.com/tipping

@Hooroo and @Crucial have joined the ranks of the absentee tippers which is bad news for Counties-Waikato who were already propping up the table.
Top score this week for Tim who had the highest score of the season (57) so far and rose 11 places to 3rd overall. Stargazer had 54 to retain the lead by 6 from Dice who scored 51. Nobody scored 7/7 but Fiamacho managed 6/7 despite missing the first game, one of only 4 to pick the Waikato victory. Phooey nailed the season's lowest score, missing the first game and picking 0/6 of the remainder for a miserable 4 points.
Northland had another draw to remain unbeaten but lose their overall lead to Harbour-Auckland who pipped Wairarapa Bush 47-45 in the game of the weekend. Hawke's Bay are up to 3rd with BOP holding the other play-off spot. South Island can still make the top 4 but Wellington and the Bush will need other results to go their way.
In the TSF Cup, Higgins will play Caprice in one semi-final and Kruse will play Langakali in the other.

Hydro11 and Corkscrew top scored with 47, Corkscrew along with Caprice and Broughie managed 6/7 and Hydro11 is now up to 3rd place. Dice took over at the top as Stargazer had a poor 30 meaning the whole leaderboard is closing up, the top 10 covered by just 22 points with 3 weeks to go.
Harbour-Auckland beat Northland to secure top spot in the round robin and they will play South Island in the semi-final after they beat Hawke's Bay to push them out of the semis. BOP will play Northland in the other semi.
Higgins and Langakali will contest the TSF Cup final over the next 2 weekends.

...just checking its too late to put my picks in for the weekend?....i have a good feeling

Yo peoples! Tipping time. It's been a tricky season for accurate tipping but it has made for a thrilling climax over the next 3 weeks.
In the semi-finals to be the champion of 2020, Harbour-Auckland will play South Island and BOP face Northland. Higgins will play Langakaki in the 1st leg of the cup final.
The individual top 10 looks like this

just put my tips in...a bit late, still nil all

The results are in. South Island crushed Harbour-Auckland to reach the final with consistency through the whole team and a lowest score of 34. H-A had 4 tippers below 30 in a disastrous choke for the minor premier winners. Smudge and Kiwiwomble the best scorers and South Island will play Northland in the final after they drew 31-31 with BOP but won as the actual score was 31.4 to 31. Justin77 and TR scored well for Northland and Sportboy and Bay Imports for BOP but just 16 from the usual star Cactus Jack did for BOP.
In the race for the individual title, Caprice shot into the lead with the weekend's top score of 46 (also scored by Stockcar86 who was the only tipper with 6/7). She now leads by 6 from former leader Dice with Broughie up to 3rd with Hydro11 a point further back. 1st to 21st is only a spread of 34 points and with the unpredictable results taking place, it is possible to make up that sort of margin over the final 2 weeks.
Higgins took a commanding 42-30 lead after the first leg of the TSF Cup Final.

@KiwiPie really wish i didn't miss a week
Yep, hard to win if you give a week away in a 10 week competition.
