Possible android issue

When I go to post or edit a post sometimes the flashing line icon thingee showing where you are about to put a letter, isn't there and even though I know where it is, it lets me delete text but not add...

I don't get the issue myself. Does anyone else get it? I presume it's a recent issue?

As usual it's worth clearing the browser cache. There were a lot of changes early last week

Will try clear it and see if it happens again.
