I wouldn't, and I'm a huge Carlos fan, but as I think I said earlier Fox is a winning 10. To me this team is picked on how they were in the era they played. Carlos was one of two top 10s, Fox dominated the position for most of his career.

@Nepia because Botica supposedly couldn't kick - then kicking tees were allowed and he started banging them over from everywhere.
Fox's strengths were his mental fortitude and game management - he wasn't the most gifted 1st 5 but he made the most of what talents he did have. You should hear him talk about his son. Yes he is a proud Dad but he is totally bemused as to why Ryan isn't out practicing 12 hours / day.

Just as an aside. In the mid 70's TV polled every NPC player in NZ and asked them one question - Who is the most over-rated player in NZ rugby. The 'winner' by some margin B.G Williams
I checked and Pole Whiting did play NPC so I would throw him in ahead of R Brooke for two reasons. One; I think he is a better player and Two; he's not a creepy sex offender
