Lena Dunham in the news for backing an accused rapist over the victim, last year she made that bizarre video with her father about making "better white men". This is her fathers idea of art . Before you click on the link two things you need to know-its nsfw and its crap , really really crap, like a how the fuck does he make any sort of living selling this crap crap. Also very weird from someone who claims to be a feminist, there's more than a hint of Weinstein in his art.

I am not sure if this even begins to describe what I just saw. Looks like a weird teenager with no talent painted those.

The paintings themselves go far beyond the usual parameters of what is covered by the phrase really really crap but it gets weirder when you think that enough people are prepared to buy that garbage and hang it in their homes for others to see. How does that work? What are the conversations about the paintings like? "Oh wow, I love what the artist was trying to convey with the buttplug with a right angle on the handle" . With a dad like that its no surprise she ended up being a complete and utter headcase

@jegga Wow, that’s quite the anal fixation he’s got going there. But I imagine it’s a metaphor. For something. You know, art and stuff. Very difficult for people like us to understand.
As for Lena, at what stage does she look at what this and think “well, that’s just a bit odd...”

Well duh, it’s obviously about empowering women.
I think
Maybe.
Or maybe he’s just a creep?

Given Lena admitted to molesting her younger sister I think this artwork is well within the realms of "normal" for her.

And falsely accused someone of molesting her, id ignore anything she spouts

Morrissey Doubles Down on Defense of Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey
"You must be careful as far as ‘sexual harassment’ is concerned, because often it can be just a pathetic attempt at courtship,” he said. “I’m sure it’s horrific, but we have to keep everything in proportion. Do you not agree? I have never been sexually harassed, I might add.” [...]
“I’m nonpolitical, I always have been.” he says. “I’ve never voted in my life.” He goes on about his hatred for garlic, mushrooms and onions as well as the fact that he’s never tasted curry or coffee in his life. “I’ve never had a curry and I’ve never had a coffee,” he says. “I’ve never wanted one and I’ve never been handed one.”

Rolf Harris could not have been more guilty if he tried. The same story from so many different victims who had no ties to eachother.....

Matt Lauer goes down. Not real famous outside USA but inside he was one of highest profile, highest paid TV national morning host on NBC, allegedly sexually assaulted a colleague during his 2014 Olympic coverage.

And down goes Garrison Keillor, a liberal cultural icon/NPR Radio star/best-selling author -- who only yesterday wrote an op-ed published in the Washington Post defending his fave senator, "Al Franken should resign? That's absurd."
