I'll have to watch a replay but it sounds like the HBHS midfield had big games. They are the two players who I think have the best chance of making the NZS squad. Nelson's first loss of the year.

Is Willi Heinz finally retiring? He is one of the new 1st XV co-coaches for CBHS.

Dane Johnston, the Feilding High School TH prop, and Bradley Tocker, Palmerston North Boys’ High School's NZ Schools lock-flanker have been signed by Taranaki in conjunction with the Chiefs. Johnston wasn't wanted by the Hurricanes.
