It's almost you want him to do badly to feel vindicated to a bunch of Polish chicks.
Hey you just gave his tired old vendetta a good reason!

Such an optimist.
I'm a realist. The global game has changed and power has shifted to other countries (cyclical maybe?), we seem to have fallen behind on developing our players and other countries manage their player pool way better. The idea that this stuff can all be quickly put back in the box by simply changing head coach is horse-shit. That said, things like the AB XV are a big step in the right direction IMHO.
It's almost as if you want him to do badly to feel vindicated to a bunch of Polish chicks.
Mate, I want Robertson to be as good as people say he is - I really do. I even want him to be better than the bloke before Foster and put more than 50+ points on the Boks every game, but I'm also not starry-eyed and taken in by the hype. Progress in the 1st season will do me.
And if he does badly I'll support and critique him as I would any other AB coach.

Nah. A vendetta would be Foster doing OK in RWC2023 & coaching Scotland or Japan to a first win over the AB's - at Eden Park.

Stuff also understands that Highlanders and former Wallabies team manager Paul McLaughlan has emerged as a strong candidate to replace the long-serving All Blacks manager Darren Shand, who announced last week that he will move on after the Rugby World Cup.
The highly experienced McLaughlan was the Wallabies’ team manager under Dave Rennie before Rugby Australia sacked the New Zealander and replaced him with Eddie Jones last year

Jeez crusaders, and now ABs, getting Ozzie hand-me-downs

@Chris Yep, and I don't think that is a good thing at all. Razor is a marvellous coach, I rate him the best in the world, but the one thing that could hold him back, is an over-emphasis on Crusaders players.
Jason Ryan's forwards selections for the NZ XV last year (Namely Brewis and Lio-Willie) were very much with Crusaders tinted glasses on. I'd like to think with a couple of years away this won't be an issue, but you risk pissing off large groups of players who feel shut out as a result.

@frugby
We will see, as Razor has mentioned McDonald and Holland will also have selection in put plus Wayne Smith in the background.Tamiti also will coach Wellington in the NPC.
I think it will be well rounded.
Just adding to that Razor's job is to win with the AB's, not where they come from and pissing players off who he thinks are not good enough but maybe they do think they are..

What about the ABs & NZ XV just announced? Looks about right.
