Watched Cam Bell talk about this on NZ Sports Radio. So much to like with what he said. Regional club rugby through the grades relies on rugby being part of the community. Good practical stuff and a focus on that will keep our rugby roots strong in these changing times.
Easy to bash away on the keyboard and criticise the elite level of men’s Northland Rugby but some good things happening elsewhere. Have enjoyed watching the Kauri again this year.
People and connecting with people makes a difference - the better we are at drawing together all of Northlands resources (networking) to work on growing our rugby, the better our results will be at all levels.
