If the Warriors were a farm animal, they'd have been put down by now and their owners sent to jail for mistreating an animal. 
Although I'm not sure it's the owners, farm managers nor the farm hands fault if the animal decides to bust through the fence to gorge on the fodder beet crop, end up with acidosis and having to be shot. Then again, if the farm owner or manager has seen the fence needs repairing but does nothing about it until it's too late, who's fault is it then? Or if the manager has given the farm hand the tools to fix it, but not taught him how to use them, then sent him to 'sort that bloody fence out before the cattle get through', but the farm hand decides bugger it, it's Friday, it can wait till after the weekend coz he's in hurry to get on the Cody's with his mates and shag the local town bike. 
Who ever is at fault, its the animal who ends up dead. 
The farm hand is most likely out of a job because of it. 
If animals keep dying, the farm manager will eventually end up in the dole queue too. 
Then all that's left is the farm owner with dead fucking animals everywhere and no staff. 
Moral of the story? 
Fucked if I know, except the whole situation is one hell of a mess and doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense.

Now Elliot is getting in on the action. Guess it's something he might have noted but I'm always a bit skeptical about coaches who were let go (for being shit) then saying 'yeah I reckon X and Y was going on' etc etc.
 
Then again he does come across as a pretty fair individual so maybe it's not just point scoring. 
 
Wonder how long Manu will be on leave for and what the story will be when he returns. Heard on the radio that Hurrell is still denying he took pills and energy drinks and Watto (forgive me, I tuned in by accident!) said he'd heard different through his sources,. If true Hurrell should be out on his ass. Guess he's finally twigged how close he is to getting the arse?

would seem odd for Hurrell to deny it if he did given all the others fronted up...take it on the chin as all the others have as a collective, now, more is being made of his side, especially if it turns out he lied.

The original story had Vete as the designated driver, but Hurrell later said he was. Something is not quite right.

Really hoping that Ben bounces back hard - he's such a talent and has years left on the clock. Love how our forward pack has realised how mean it is aye. Those lads must fire up something special when they hunt as a pack. Then the second wave arrives from the bench. Chur!

seriously, Bromwich, Matulino, Blair, and Taupau as a front row rotation are waaaaay better than anything the aussies can put together. And i would take Taumalolo over any of their back rowers, while Proctor and Harris are at least the equal of anything they have. If Eastwood comes off the bench with shit in his nostrils those Aussie forwards are in for a loooong night.

I am a League guy but for the first time ever I am losing my interest. Its pretty sad but I realised today that with everything that is going on, Warriors/Drugs, Eels/Foran and the completely ridiculous bunker/obstruction failure, Im not rushing home to catch the games. Im not booking/recording them.
 
Im not even really up for the kiwis. Too much bullshit for too long.

I know how you feel Raz - but it's less the off field stuff and more a mixture for me.
 
Now I'll whinge about the Warriors every season, because it's the thing to do, but I'll keep watching the games at least until the last few weeks of the season. But this year I'm finding it hard to muster the enthusiasm. 
 
This time last year I was on a high about the tests and was gutted I was sick for the match, but the EOYT selection and eventual losses put paid to that for me and all I can think of now is that we're playing Tohu Harris at 6 and that's just stupid.
 
What sucks is we do have the best pack in the game as M4L notes. Nothing the Aussies can come up with in the prop rotation matches Bromwich, Mutts, Taupau, and Blair - no combination whatsoever, Tamou wouldn't even make the team if he hadn't sold his sole to the devil. Basically, if the Jonathan Thurston had chosen NZ over Oz way back when Hooroo's cousin tried to convince him the Kiwis would be unstoppable.
