Yeah he was too far forward there and it was a genuine penalty but he's having a real crack and he's not far off each one

I don’t think he was resting, they touch the ground as he scoops his arms under the ball but there looks a clear gap directly after as he lifts, to me anyway

TBH I'm not sure. The flanker eventually came off, but it was still up at the point whether his arm went out
