It's not being beaten that's reducing skills in Australia. It's the incompetent administration.
Well that and the massive offshore talent drain, coupled with the increasing competition for young talent from other codes.
Australia isn't alone in facing those problems.
That's true, but I'd argue they face a unique set of circumstances with the landscape in Australian sport. The competition from AFL being a central part of that, as is the relative dominance of rugby league.
Even then the population of NSW and QLD easily outstrips NZ, which gets raided by the NRL for talent.

Yeah I know, as I said before everyone faces the problem to a varying extent. And I'm not just comparing to NZ here.
But rugby is in the ascendancy in NZ, and it's just not over here. That's a pretty big pull factor to have if you're a young player.
Obviously there are many other reasons why things are the way they are now, but competition for young talent is one factor.

I could find easily a dozen examples during the game of players on the wrong side that weren’t penalised
Go on then. Is it as easily as Tiatia scores tries?
Do you want circles or arrows?

Probably doesn't matter as long as it spells CHIEFS RULZ

Worth a flutter on the brumbies
Who sets these odds? The Chiefs often struggle against the Brumbies and lost to them in Hamilton last year. I'll be at the game but the Chiefs will need to play their A game to win.

Surprised the force so high after last week.
Bet of the week is on the Blues...

Or Canes, or whoever he’s supporting this week.

I'm hopeless at betting but if I wasn't I'd be looking at the Farce and Brumbles
Edit: typing issues were typing on the phone, ... @Bones
