Cruden to give away game defining try with a chip kick in his 22

Just as likely that Barrett concedes another penalty try because of a deliberate knock-down. It's a family trait.

@Kirwan Why?
Just a joke about your complaints about complaints about refs.

Chiefs $1.71
Blues $2.05That is frustrating. After last weeks performance from both these teams I would have Blues favourites despite the loss of that red headed chap.
Blues 13+ could even be a good bet.
Noooo, Chiefs are unbackable favourites

Take the $1:70 then! That is excellent value.
I don't get the you are favourites, no you are favourites thing. At a full house in Hamilton, I would expect a good showing by us but given the two performances last weekend, only a fool would look at the Chiefs and think they are the better of the two based on performance.

One thing I only found out is that there are no finals? Just like Premier League? If that is the case, I quite like that but I also like finals footy.
Timing critical, to leave room for the ABs I suspect ... the big money spinner

I do like that as it means you can't just limp into the semis and then win the thing, you need to perform every weekend

Just joking.
Home advantage does still seem to be a thing, and that has been the Blues biggest weakness over the past five years (away wins).
So if we do win, and we are getting regular away wins, that will be a massive corner turned.

spot on. I'm ok without the stupid golden point either, just most wins get the trophy (or ties with other teams)

It has a 100% strike rate so far in this version of the comp I agree, if you touch us up this weekend, it will be between you and Canterbury

I'm just happy the result is not a foregone conclusion. Sport is incredibly dull when that happens.

Both home teams won last week. I doubt that will happen this week but not impossible.
Chiefs will be better, and at home so odds are probably about right.
Whats on offer for the other match?
