@MN5 seems that way. But its nigh on impossible to get any weights or gear online or at the shops. And for the lean pickings online the prices are absurd.
Meh, back to filthy cardion and bodyweight stuff 😔
eat, drink, and get cuddly
and check the lock on your door

I’ve dusted off the weights for weighted chin ups/dips/push ups. 4 x big plastic 20kg plates and about 40kg worth of rusty 5kg ones. I could make a fortune selling them in the current climate. Fuck knows where the bar is though.

Right, I'm officially halfway through Hotel Quarantine. Been trying to eat well, and I started off with 4 days off the booze until home-schooling the kids put paid to that ludicrous idea.
This is the effort so far - hardly smashing it, but keeping the body ticking over at least. Obstacle laps are basically a circuit of this apartment, doing 100 seems to be about 4.5k steps, lots of chairs etc thrown in the way to slide around, small things to jump over etc.
BTW, fuck skipping is exhausting! Such a good proxy for sports fitness I reckon - when you get the slightest bit fatigued, you fuck up the rope, akin to making really small mistakes in sport (like missing FT's in bball).

Made my first gym visit since March 12th this a.m.
Stopped due to the threat of corona (comorbidities and shit), and hadn't started back up due to winter mornings and laziness. And the fact I have to organise breakfast to take to work with me .... relocation to out of town has affected the logistics.
Fair number of early morning walks on the beach though. (However with Spring it's getting Queensland sort of light now about 5am and there are people on MY beach that weren't there a month ago ... the temerity ... )
Public holiday today so could cruise in at about 6:30 and take home coffees for self and Mrs Boo by 8ish. Enjoyed it.
