LOL. I had something similar happen to me once. Treadmills were near the back of the gym, running at ~15km/h while watching a TV monitor above me. Right foot hits the side next to the belt, so I propel myself forward at pace. Next step I try to brace myself, but it lands on the belt and throws me backwards. I go sliding metres, dust myself off and get back on the treadmill. No one noticed.
