NZ v SA Test Series

I love the way the commentators are talking about us batting once and getting a decent lead. Um, it's the Black Caps, a collapse is never far away.
Congrats Kane. It's a fucking pleasure watching you.

When was the last time a black cap scored two centuries in a series? Baz did it against the Indians with a double and a triple, Kane must have done in before as well?
Latham and Rossco both did it against Zimbabwe, I think.

Anyone know much about Kane's twin brother? Did he play? Was he talented and not have the desire, or did Kane have the mortgage on sporting ability?

Never knew he had one. Is it too late for him to become the Mark to Kanes Steve?

great knock son, well done! I'm gutted you didn't get a hundred for your personal record, but that was fucking great for your team.

something decent from Stuff for a change..

Fuck you Black Caps. You play this well in a test that has very little chance of a result.
No, no, no. They only ever play well for a short period and will still manage to lose from a position of strength. I realise that you know that, but it is silly to suggest that they won't lose this.

@Virgil Yeah - I was thinking Boonie should get down to the SA dressing room at tea and issue a "Grow up, son".
Unfortunately for Jeet, he got almost completely becalmed.
He got to 75 after 200 balls. He scored 5 off Elgar's rubbish over. Hit Rabada for a four and otherwise scored four runs off 50 balls to conclude his innings.
Kane will need to go a fair way further, I think, for us to reach a position of strength. Ideally, we'd aim to bat till tea, tomorrow - but, I can't see that happening now that Broom and Nicholls have gone cheaply.

Hmm I'm sure we had our top 3 all make centuries once (rigor, Lou Vincent and Fleming I think).
Right you are Rigor, Vincent and Styris India 2003
14 years os a long time between drinks.
I'd imagine this would be a regular occurrence for teams like Australia, India, SA?
Did Styris bat at 3? I always think of him as a No.5
