It's not like it's totally dark; why can't they play in this light to finish the game?
That would be incredibly amateur esp. given it’s a final.

With Wellington going down from the Premiership to the Championship, and now Manawatu not going up as expected, the Tui are suddenly the only Hurricanes team in the Premiership. Without a single Black Fern or Black Ferns 7s player; one starting Aupiki player and two who got a few minutes of the bench in one game.
Some Aupiki spots should come our way, but will they?

@Gunner The set-up for the Kauri in Northland must be really good; you could see progress every season they played.
They did get a lot better and moved their experienced players to where they needed them - so well coached. Lots of travel and next year will be a challenge as they will need to work harder on fitness and some legs will be another year older.
That Manawatu 6 was outstanding. Their 7 was also very good.

@Stargazer they will have to train more than once a week , travel is big factor especially for the Te Rarawa (Kaitaia area)girls who travel to Whangarei which is a 2 and half hour trip , 5 hours round trip , so logistically it’s not gonna be easy .
There’s definitely the heart in the team , but personally I would be chasing a quality halfback , Iritana Hohaia from the Whio who has Whānau in the north is one player I would be trying to lure
Good win for the union , as you know we don’t win a heck of a lot when it comes to finals -
Looking at those stats it is strange that Kaipo Olsen-Baker isn't in the Black Ferns XV at least.
