So either The Matrix fucking sucks, or movies just aren't being shown for as long.
Because I wanted to go this weekend, and it's run ends here in all 3 cinemas tomorrow. What's that? 3 and a half weeks?
Fucking ropeable
Count yourself lucky. I loved the first, still often watch 2 n 3. 4 is an embarrassment

Maybe a bit of both, anything short of like bond or marvel seems to got pretty quick

@mariner4life It's still on in Sydney in the next cycle - but that's of little help to you.
But it seems like they're playing everything that's been released lately. Dune and Bond are still on.
In all honesty, while I'm not as down on it as @Machpants I don't think you need to see it in the cinema, should be fine on a decent tv at home as the effects aren't outstanding.

yes, in hind sight i dont think you need to see it in the cinema, i went because i thought you would but as i mentioned i dont think the action scenes were even as good as some in the original so a decent TV should be good enough

The Tender Bar
Autobio/growing-up film about Pulitzer prizewinner J.R. Moehringer that Mrs M wanted to watch. Not normally my thing, but surprisingly watchable and entertaining.
4 American Graffiti's out of 5 Rain Man's
Directed by George Clooney. I quite enjoyed it to but probably only 3.5 for me. Affleck was really good in it.
Watched this last night and thought it very entertaining movie. Agree with Affleck's performance too.

I see the effects of the holiday have worn off ?

His main contribution is that ineffable quality known as presence, and you've gotta hand it to him: when there's an obese sixtysomething action star with a jet-black donut-shaped beard and strange triangular haircut who keeps talking in a ridiculous affected accent saying "y'all" and "mufuckah" onscreen, you're not looking at anything else.
No other.

…..and he was called “Porkins”………and was the only guy shot down by the surface cannons on the Death Star probably because his X Wing couldn’t manoeuvre quick enough cos of his girth.
Shouldn't allow food in the cockpit

If only her had ejected in time
onto a target soon to be destroyed
into space vaccum
with nothing but a flight suit to protect him

@mn5 Tom Hardy has good range, but I think Beet best captures the Bond mystique.
He was my second choice.
