@aucklandwarlord I've continued using it but when I go into shops I'd say maybe 1 in 5 of those following or in front of me have also done so
Yeah, I've noticed it tends to be ages 60+ who use it the most. I'm mostly deterred by having to wait in line behind a boomer who takes 30 seconds to open the app and then another 30 seconds to hold the camera still enough to capture the QR code (this could probably be an entry in Grumpy Old Men actually). I'd be more than happy to opt in to one which just GPS tracks me via my phone, and therefore doesn't require me to wait in line to sign in at the door of each place I go into.

@aucklandwarlord it sonly at the gym I tend to forget to sign in, having to swipe to get in, bag, drink etc...but being a creature of habit, I know what days I go to the gym and what time, so could either manually load them or just know if I was there anyway.
Yeah it is a shame the tech isnt better, just swiping your phone past it rather than the scan, whihc is slow alot of the time, I'd happily allow the GPS data from mine to go too

I noticed a general apathy towards using the app in my hood. People should know better. But memories are short

I memorise the number and wander past the queue inputting it into the respective app.

so a nurse that worked 4 shifts and a school teacher and probably been circulating for a while
And the flatties went clubbing on the weekend.
Mrs CF read that a guy associated with the flatmates was waiting for a test. His workmate rang talkback and said he went to work sick as a dog yesterday so now they they are fucked. Going to work sick in 2019 = tough 👍. Going to work sick in 2021 = irresponsible fluffybunny! 👎

Per NZ Herald
One of the cases announced this morning is a 25-year-old teacher from Avondale College, and a **229-year-old** male. They are flatmates. A 20 year old and 19 year old are the latest cases, and are linked to the other cases.
Surely Covid cant take this guy given what hes already seen in his life

If the US Civil War couldn't finish him off, nothing can.

-
@taniwharugby she was double jabbed though
He probably isn't a good spreader.
