FAT BASTARD ROLL CALL
-
I find it quite intriguing that the person largely responsible for starting this whole fatbusters thingy has seemingly slinked off into the night to fondle his beloved Teddy to death, and hasn't been seen around these parts for months :nta

Emma....anyone seen EmmaVeeJay? -
Hmmmm... Well, I suppose I never wrote up here but have been fatbusting like crazy last couple of months.

Starting weight.. 89kg
End weigh... 86.6 kg

Fat busted... FUCK ALL.

pretty tough this losing weight gig. Run 3-4 times a week, been completely sans booze & eating health (ier) food.

Rather demotivating. But I shall continuer after blowing off some steam this after Sunday's half marathong. Aim is sub 80kg. Target completion is 30th in September. -

On a long term mission to 78kgs. Started at around 85-86kgs a year ago, now around 81-82 and slowly working my way down.
You often hear your supposed to lose the weight at the same rate you put it on,which for me would be about 2 kg's a year....fark that! -

What scares me about that, is you play in the front row <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Or have you given up rugby? -

I'm currently retired, although that could always change in future years! -
Well, at my peak the scales reported somewhere near 130kg That was about two years ago

When I decided to make a genuine effort with bike and eating, I was 125kg :shifty:

When I got on the scales this morning, they pointed at 112kg <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

The goal is 100kg

You could look at it as 13kg in total I suppose... But overall, it feels good to say 18kg  -
I have a different agenda - i.e. putting on weight for rugby.

Start weight about 86-7kgs,

Weight now is about 91.5kgs

Aim is to get to about 94kgs for the beginning of next season.

4-5 kgs gain. -
I started on Jan 1 so have been going 9 weeks

Was 105.3 at the start and am now 92.8 a loss of 12.5 so far. Want to get off about 18 more
Jesus Stoli...where did you pack 105kgs?? You not the tallest bloke who ever graced the earth. Well done All by Atkins, or a mixture of exercise as well? -

start running again and less drinking. -
This sounds interesting, better count me in.

Righto, hitting the scales at 94kg, want to get-on-down to 83kg, thats a an agressive 11kg slide, or as a percentage 13%.

So, have invested in a treadmill, oooh-aaah, and am burning a 100 calories a night after 4 four nights on it. Weight still says the same though.

Good luck everyone, and remember, drink clean water.

go to aquafiner.com, have a look at what these chaps are up to in Dunedin. -

Haven't been logging but have shed 10kgs in the past year and am now down to 105.

My playing weight in 1996 when I 'officially' retired was 102 and although my strength is not what it was back then, it is getting closer that it has been in a long while which is very encouraging for a 37 year old. I am seriously thinking of turning out for one of the 2 Div teams around town sometime this winter.

Would never have done it without fatbusters...
