The flow-on effect from BB being available to play in 2020 is that one of Black or Perofeta might be available to the Canes.

The crusaders will be sniffing around too. Canes have a starting spot up for grabs now, but if you're the number three option a back up spot might be attractive.

So Otere Black moved from the Hurricanes to the Blues, because he got so little game time behind BB. I can totally see him move back to the Canes, now that BB has followed him to Auckland.
