Yeah something like that is RIGHT up my alley despite basically being a non runner. I fucken love Zombie movies and have already planned a trip over the rimutakas should the unthinkable happen and we get invaded. Rapa folk have an average of about 5 firearms per household so my plan is to hold up there and wait for the cavalry to come and save us.

THAT REMINDS ME - RICE WAFERS or corn slims and the like (bloody caps lock). They're always good value, and yes peanut butter. and honey and jam... now that makes a treat!! But with peanut butter is good as gold. Not too many though, probably 4 would do you!

Boxing instructor was in a really bad mood last night, whole lot of endurance/strength stuff. One 5 min stint: alternate leg kickboxing then squat kicks. Straight after that: camping squat/squat pulses/squat jumps. Another set one min left jab, then one min right cross, then two mins jab/cross/duck combo. Not to mention the 20 cross or upper then sprint sets.
love kettle bells. I would get a trainer to take you through something like Turkish get-ups as there are lots of different elements to it. If you can download apps - take a look at the Samuel Pont ones - he's got kettle bell drills for fitness, weightloss, muscle building etc

One thing I have started doing which looks ridiculous but is working is to photograph all my meals on my iPhone. Saves writing everything down and is very easy to review daily consumption to see if Im on track with portions and quality. God
An oil known as eugenol that comes from the leaves of the cinnamon bush has been shown to have antiviral properties in vitro, specifically against both the HSV-1 and HSV-2 (Oral and Genital Herpes) viruses according to a study published in the journal, Phytotherapy Research.
